    DG DIAL requires 24 hours notice for cancellation of services.  All monies received for services extending beyond the cancelation will be refunded in its entirety.

  5. When will my company realize a return on investment (ROI) from utilizing DG DIAL? 
    Depending on the service, the ROI varies.  However, generally DG DIAL recommends piloting a small operation extending 10-12 weeks in which a high level of efficiency can be realized before increasing the scope of the service.

  6. How much ramp up time is required? 
    The ramp up time for each service varies depending on your needs.  DG DIAL has a constant supply of professional resources to reduce the ramp up time.

  7. Will a project manager be required? 
    DG DIAL requires a point of contact to be accountable to.  In addition, DG DIAL will assign a project manager to work with your POC to optimize efficiency.

  8. What if I do not like my agent? 
    DG DIAL is extremely resourceful.  Should you want to replace an agent, we can accommodate.
